A Little About Me
Hi there!
I’m Gracie Combs, a Nashville native who cares deeply about creating spaces where people feel safe, understood, and able to show up exactly as they are. My goal in therapy is to create a space that feels grounding—somewhere you can take a breath, slow down, and explore what’s been weighing on you without pressure or judgment.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions around identity or self-worth. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we explore what may be underneath those experiences so you can better understand yourself and begin creating changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I draw from attachment-based perspectives while also incorporating person-centered and narrative conversations. This allows us to explore how past experiences and relationships may be shaping current patterns while honoring your strengths and the story you want to create moving forward. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all—our work is shaped by your goals, your pace, and what feels most helpful to you.
It’s truly an honor to sit with people as they share their stories—the messy parts, the meaningful parts, and everything in between. If you feel like we might be a good fit, I would love to connect and walk alongside you through whatever season of life you’re in.
I am currently working toward licensure under the supervision of Katie Scott, LMFT (#1471). I offer both in-person sessions in Nashville, TN and telehealth options for added flexibility.
